FAQ: Shipping and Policy

Shipping

If you choose the envelope sticker shipping, we are not responsible should your order get lost by USPS and will not offer refunds or replacements should this happen. 

Stickers will be shipped inside protective sleeves even in envelope option.

Standard US Shipping: Please allow 3-5 days for processing and 7-10 days for delivery.

Faulty Delivery

Domestic orders: if your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office.   

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.

Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Mythoscapes is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

Refund + Exchange Policy

No refunds or cancelations will be granted after placing an order. No exceptions.  

Due to the customized nature of our products, exchanges will not be granted unless the item is faulty.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any issues. After 48 hours, the customer is subject to a re-shipping fee.
